• By using the Evera website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
باستخدام موقع إڤرا أو إتمام عملية شراء فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية • 
• If a technical error affects product availability, the order may be cancelled and the customer will be contacted. Any payment made will be refunded.
• في حال حدوث خلل فني يؤثر على توفر المنتج قد يتم إلغاء الطلب وسيتم التواصل م عميل، وسيتم  استرجاع اي مبلغ مدفوع
• Delivery within the UAE usually takes 2-5 working days depending on location.
• تتراوح مدة التوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات عادة بين 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب الموقع
• Exchange requests may be accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
يمكن قبول طلب الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب بشرط ان يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصليه
• Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting during photography or screen display settings.
• قد تختلف ألوان المنتجات بشكل بسيط بسبب الإضاءة أثناء التصوير أو إعدادات الشاشة
• All designs, images, and content related to Evera belong to the brand and may not be copied or used without permission
جميع التصاميم و الصور و المحتوى الخاص بعلامه إڤرا مملوكه للعلامه ولا يجوز استخدامها او نسخها دون اذن
• Evera’s main platform for sharing collections and updates is Instagram @ evera_ae
• المنصة الأساسية لعرض منتجات وتحديثات إڤرا هي حساب إنستقرام @evera_ae
Products may also be available through exhibitions or selected retail
locations, and the same terms and conditions apply
•  قد يتم عرض المنتجات أيضاً في معارض أو متاجر مختارة، وتنطبق عليها نفس الشروط و الاحكام
• Evera may update these terms when necessary.
• تحتفظ إڤرا بالحق في تحديث هذه الشروط عند الحاجة.
